Initial Consultation

In your first session you will have an initial consultation. This will help us to understand your short and long term goals.  A variety of tests will be carried out, to enable a programme to be created based on your level of fitness and needs.

Photos are taken, and the process is repeated every 5 weeks, so that we can track your progress.

The test includes the following:

  • Body weight measurements
  • Body fat composition
  • Blood pressure analysis
  • Fitness testing

Private Training

After your initial session, your bespoke programme will be created. This will focus on achievable fitness goals, whilst having fun at the same time.  Throughout your sessions, you will continue to receive guidance.

Sessions can be either 45 or 60 minutes, they will involve warmup, cardio, body weight exercises, free weighs, resistance exercises followed by core exercises and finish with a cool down in the form of assisted stretching.

The time spent on the type of exercises depends on the individual needs and will vary.

Circuits

I run Circuit Training, this is for ladies aged 16 years and above.
