““If someone had told me just 3 months ago that I would not only be working out twice a week but also loving it, I would never have believed it! Sam is so supportive and is really helping me towards achieving my goals. The regular assessments are really good and also very motivating. The sessions are tough, but I feel really good afterwards (even if I do ache!). Every session is different, so I never know from one day to the next what I will be doing. My favourite piece of equipment is the rowing machine and I have discovered a competitive side as I constantly try to beat my time! I would thoroughly recommend Sam. "I've been attending circuits with Sam for about 18 months (with a gap due to clashes with mum's taxi duties). I curse Sam every Monday morning, the thought of having to go out in the evening when my armchair looks so inviting is unbearable. However, the sessions are such good fun. There's no pressure to be perfect and if I can't manage what the others are doing, I do my own thing. I've had trouble with my elbow recently (totally unrelated to exercise) and Sam has adapted the stations for me and provided lighter weights. I'm still working out, and doing what I can manage without further damage to my elbow. The buzz after each session stays with me for least a couple of days."
